Edelbrock Strut Tower

Will the Edelbrock TBI strut tower fit on a LG4 car?

I got a after market open 14" air cleaner and Edelbrock carb and performer intake.

Will it clear the AC?

Are there any better strut towers for carb cars?????

It will fit, the TBI and the carb STB's are the same, PN# 5227.
You might want to check about the AC, it depends if its on the drivers side or not

So will it fit if the AC is on the passenger side?

I don't think the accumulator ("shiny silver canister") is what they (edelbrock) is talking about, as they are always on the passenger side. I believe they are referring to whether the air conditioning compressor is located on the drivers or passenger side of the engine.. Show me a third gen with an accumulator and evaporator on the drivers side.
