I inquired about it today when I spoke to steve. He is flooded with orders for torque arms, so he hasn't had time to start on them yet.
He has dropped the notion to make them with provisions for the 4th gen steering rack. He says there is no practical way to do it.

Thanks for the lead, I'm trying to lighten my car up as much as possible.
What Steering ratio would be desireable for a pinto style rack? Do they make power versions that are compatible with the saginaw GM PS pump?

It's a copy of the PA unit. The story I've heard is that PA split up and one of the guys started pro-fab.
I'm gonna wait until spohn gets his done this spring or summer.....or go with BMR's when they're done later this year.
I don't trust the guys from PA, they told me that I could get the steering geometry for a 4th gen rack to work by using a bump steer kit.....WRONG!

bmr is actually gonna make some 3rd gen parts, LOL ?
im about to hit up a profab combo. ebay special right now.
buy the a arms for 200, and they will sell you a k member for only 210.
i had a buddy that has a set of pro fab's LCA's, but they make noise over bumps. imma ask him about that before i order.

stage, those lca's probably have spherical rod ends, thats why they make noise... if you get some with polyurethane bushings, they wont make nearly as much noise..

they arent rod ends, but a thin clear bushing. no way its poly, its too stiff. its hard as a rock. dont know what material it is, but i would suggest against it. im calling profab right now to see whats up with the a arms.
