Turning concerns

Alright, this is kind of weird. When I turn the wheels all the way one side or the other and attempt to drive, the front end wants to lurch around (kind of jumping) instead of just manuevering smoothly. It only does this when the wheels are all the way right and left...nothing in the middle.

What the hell is this from?

BTW, I am running an ALL STOCK set up with 15x7's.

Turn your wheels all the way to one side or the other and put your car in park/neutral and put on your emergency brake and get out and take a look. The wheels are going to be turned almost sideways. Basically at that point your car is trying to push the wheels instead of roll them.
