upper panhard rod removal

upper panhard rod removal

has any body tried to just remove (not use) the upper panhard rod I don't really drive my Z on the street alot it is more of a weekend racer / nice day driver maybe an adjustable lower panhard rod bolted into the hole were the upper one would be or is this just a bad idea

Leave it be. It wieghs next to nothing and is there for a reason.

There is no such thing as a "upper Panhard rod". The thing that goes across the chassis back there above the Panhard bar is a brace for the unibody.

As said, leave it alone, it's necessary to keep the body from flexing.
