should i replace it?
the tierod sleeve? if its bent then replace it. your going to have to replace it next time you go for an alignment anyways, it won't adjust if its bent. invest in the aftermarket sleeves, they have a much easier design to work with and will hold your alignment much longer then the clamp style stockers. they are also much thicker making them bulletproof compaired to the thin stock setup.
i use the hotchiks sleeves, 45 bucks from jegs. i know spohn offers them too.

alignment, see thats another thing that pisses me off about damn mechanics, the guy who did my alignment didnt tell me it would knock my alignment off, hell im sure he noticed it , alot of people have looked in that area and i think i was the only one who noticed it , guess im going to have to order it , is it safe to ride your car with a bent sleeve?

You could still set the toe properly with the sleeve bent, but its shady and half assed. I have the Spohn adjusters. Either brand, if you are going to replace it anyway, get the beefer parts.
