what are the stock sway bar bushing sizes?

i have a 91 z28 convertible and i want to buy the spohn total poly set, but im not sure what size front & rear sway bar bushings i need and also does anybody know which torque arm bushing i need, im at work right now and the car is at home so i cant look right now,

I would buy a caliper and measure them.

yes, measure them yourself to be sure, but I bet you have the 34/21 combo.

If you don't have a measuring caliper use an adjustable wrench and then measure the wrench with a ruler.

i dont have a caliper, but i can use the wrench and tape measure suggestion, but i need to know this, my bushings are pretty much non-existent, because my suspension is so worn out? can i just measure the part of the bar where the bushing go?

The bar is pretty consistent. You can measure next to the sway bar bushing retainer bracket.
