If you don't have a measuring caliper use an adjustable wrench and then measure the wrench with a ruler.
i dont have a caliper, but i can use the wrench and tape measure suggestion, but i need to know this, my bushings are pretty much non-existent, because my suspension is so worn out? can i just measure the part of the bar where the bushing go?

The bar is pretty consistent. You can measure next to the sway bar bushing retainer bracket.
