Rear Control Arm Bushings- My experience replacing

Just wanted to pass on my experince with replacing these that might help someone else. To hold the control arm in the press and have a place to push the busing out into I went to my local Home Depot store and got a 2" coupling for electrical conduit and a close nipple. Screwed the nipple into the coupling and cut it off even. Perfect diameter to hold the area around the control arm while pressing. I also cut a short piece of agle iron to put in the corner of the open side and end of the arm to keep from crushing it. Worked great. I first pressed out the steel sleeve in the center of the bushing. After it was out I was able to press out the rubber part of the bushing. A lot easier than other methods. I cut most of the way through the bushing shell with a hack saw and then chiseled the shell to the center. Looks like it might be possible to crush the bushing shell in the press but have not tried it. Pressed the new one in with a large socket and the pipe fittings to hold the other side.
