where can I find a caliper e-brake lever (PBR)?

I have a set of PBR calipers on the back of my 91 now and just discovered one of them has the little part that the cable hooks onto broken off. Anyone know? I went to GM parts direct but there wasnt a good enough diagram or even a parts listing.

the weld would be larger than the missing piece, as well as the fact that the metal is very poor almost pot metal, you can see where it broke and is now rusting it is very crystaline.
