What SFC's to fit Hedman Ypipe?

So far I've tried the Comp. Engineering and some other brand that I found on ebay and neither cleared my exhaust. Anyone know which other brand may fit? I've got the shorty setup.

those comp will work fine. i have the same exhaust and same sfc's as you and mine will clear fine. it all depends on were your exhaust was welded on. if its welded on wrong none will fit.

It's welded where Hedman welded it It hits where the ypipe bends out toward the pass. side and comes close to the pinch weld.

Yea thats why whoever weldd the y pipe to the intermediate pipe welded it on too far to the pass side. mine fits with an inch to spare.

No, it's hitting farther forward than that. Way before the cat or the I pipe.

He's not saying that's where it hits. He's saying that's where they had to weld, and they welded it too far to the pass. side.

That weld is what's interfering.

If you move one end of a piece of pipe, what happens?

The whole pipe moves.

You can go with the Alston's I believe, they run down the middle of the car rather than the perimeter like Spohn's or Comp's. I just got a set dropped off yesterday, they look to be very good quality too.

Where the ypipe bends, at it's closest point to the pinch weld on the body is where it hits. Even if I cut off the I pipe it would be in the same spot b/c its location is detirmined by the collectors.

Thanks for the info on the Allstons. I got a set that just got in today.
