You can drive them all Winter in SoCal with no damage. However where you live, I'd get a beater set for the Winter if you have to drive the car. You'd be better off getting a beater car for the Winter and park your F-Body in a garage 'til good weather returns.

The snypers will be fine in the winter. They have a thick clear coat on them. I too suggest another car for winter though. F-bods are garbage in adverse weather situations.

I drove my '84 through two winters, actually, and I did it successfully: A 100 mile a day commute to Milford Michigan for my first job out of college. You can do it too, but you'll really want some different tires.
I highly suggest you keep the Snypers for spring time, and buy some nondescript steel 14 x 6 inch wheels, then toss on some good winter tires courtesy the tire rack. Yes they will look ugly but so will your car all encased in dried up salt. The narrower tires will help a lot when it comes to winter capability. In fact, I have some 17 x 9.5 inch wheels now and I got stuck in HALF AN INCH of snow last year when transporting my car to the body shop for its repaint... Wide tires suck in the snow.
Next, find yourself a $2 a car wash place and get in the habit of visiting it whenever possible. When I commuted, I spent $2 a day to have my car washed when I arrived at work. Each morning I forked over two bucks and rolled it through the auto car wash. Fourty bucks a month to keep the salt reduced to a minimum. I still have the car and there isnt any rust anywhere so it's possible.
Lastly, I try not to be a grammar nanny but your spelling really makes it look like you can barely read, much less write. I'm really not trying to insult you here, but please, please try to abbreviate less words. We would appreciate it.

However, since you opted not to buy the aftermarket wheels, dont you have a stock set of wheels already? If so, just swap out the rubber for some of these and then get your cool wheels for summer duty in the spring:
Here's some ideas:
195-75-Q14 for the 14 inch wheel:

Only $67 apiece !
215-65-15 for the 15-inch wheel: Ah, sold out for the season.
