Mount Mate

Awhile back, there was an episode of Horsepower TV where they used a really cool tool called a Mount Mate to measure wheel and tire fitment on a '70 Camao. It was made by a company called Wheelworks.

The tool fit on a tire. You'd then bolt it onto your hub, and could adjust the backspacing and check for fitment. Using it, you could find out EXACTLY how big a tire you could fit under your car and what the EXACT backspacing would be necessary to do it.

I thought it was awesome, but too expensive (about 300 bucks). The other day, I got to wondering if any tire shops in the area had one or something like it and tried to find the website (wheelworks.cc), but it's no good.

Does anyone know anything about this, or maybe even have one?
