Upgrading swaybars.

I was thinking of going to Hotchkis Performance swaybar kits. Any better opinions?

I am just looking for all around street performance in the suspension. Where I live we have a lot of curvy backroads.

Ya, I orderd some from Top-Down Solutions a while ago but they ended up not having the front one in stock so I got a refund.

I have a GM 36mm and a suspension techniques 25mm (1"?) rear. pretty good balance with my set up. (see sig) Make sure to match your bar combo for whatever purpose you have. Do a search and try to do your homework before you buy. Hotchkis stuff is pretty expensive, for little or no gain over some of the other quality brands, just just pay more for the name

I just put the WS6 springs on my 91 RS. 36mm Hollow front and 24mm rear. I bought them from a fellow board member for 50 bux for the set. Made a complete difference in the cornering of the car. I also put on a wonderbar while I was down there.

Hey Lon, I forget, were the ones at your store 34 or 36 for the front?

Also, my car was upgraded with the Iroc-z suspension, I am not totally sure that the sway bars were changed though, if so, we the one on the z 36 and 24? If ya, I might go under there and measure to see if they are on.

You'll need to measure. 36mm/24mm front and rear bars were more common on WS6 Firebirds than Iroc-Z. I have 36mm front and 24mm rear bars at my powder-coater.
