Car: 87 Formula/ 00 Xtreme
Engine: TPI 305/ v6
Transmission: struggling t-5/ 4l60E
Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23
That really varies depending on year and spring package.
My 87 'bird engine x-member with it's stock ws6 springs could almost clear a soda can.
Drop srpings, wouldn't make it over a pack of smokes staing up.
'New' RS springs on it, back to the ws6 height plus a minor amount.
My 91 RS sitting on stockers, might clear a pack of smokes due to spring sag.
My old 84 SC, half between smokes and a soda can.
Fron what I can guess, 'normal' ride height from top of tire to centerwheel arch (front fender) was roughly around 3" for gap.
What that is (height-wise) for ground clearance, beyond me.
Scraping the underside (mainly the airdamm) depends greatly on shocks to control compression.
Just my opinoin though..
