What is the best sway bar combo?

Hello

Currrently i have 36mm front and a 24mm rear sway bar. I have heard that a 36 front with a 20 hollow rear is the best factory sway bar combofor handling. Is this an urban legend or is it true.

I've never heard of a hollow rear bar. IMO, the best stock combo is the 36/24.

The only hollow rear bar that I know of comes from Strano Performance Parts and is 22mm. As for best combo that depends on desired use. 36 is the biggest front bar and 24 is the biggest rear that I have seen but I hear there was a 25mm as well.

if your looking for a hollow rear bar and dont care if its a factory or not, hotchkis has them but they are alot like 250ish i think but they are 1" basically 25.4mm. i have the front and rear from them and the front is 36mm hollow to. but both cost me like 500 with shipping. my factory bars on my iroc were 30mm up front and 24 rear. and going to the hotchkis made a HUGE noticeable difference. but they arent cheap!

There's no one "best" - it depends on the car - springs & shock combo etc. and also on driver preference and/or ability.

I'm running the Spohn 1" (25.4mm) rear with the 36mm front sway bar. I love them. Huge difference over the stock.
And I agree with George, there is no "best" just whatever is best for the individual.

I love my 36/24 combo over my old 34/21 combo. But like what everyone else said, there is no "best".....depends what you want it for.

Sway bars are a tuning aid, as said their is no best. Use what you have and adjust accordingly.
