Is my torque arm bent?

I was in the process of repainting my torque arm and noticed some places in the arm that looked as if the arm is bent. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Anyone have an opinion from the photos. I'd like to get a bmr or other aftermarket but monies a little tight right now. Thanks.

So, if it is whacked. Which aftermarket torque arm works well for light track action. Mostly on the street. Motor will have ~425 flywheel hp. Also, needs to work with hooker lt's and spohn subframe connectors. I've searched and it seems everyone has a different opinion.

Imagne that! I'm using the non-adjustable Edelbrock, Hooker 2055's, and Global West SFC's. Zero problems.

Edelbrock torque arm:
This note is on the summit website "Notes: Only fits models with GM corporate 10-bolt differential and torque arm lips facing away from the driveshaft. " I'm assuming this will also work with a 9-bolt?

Nope, not without modification. Check the following link:

Thanks for the information. So, are we saying the stock torque arms are different between the 10 bolts and 9 bolts? If so, I'm guessing my options are pretty limited for an aftermarket arm.

OK, so I compared a 10 bolt rear and a 9 bolt and I see the difference in the housings that could cause an interference. Anyone know of a aftermarket torque arm that will fit a 9 bolt without mods?
