SS/ZR1 Wheel offset problem???
I have a set of 17 X 9.5 SS wheels, 7" backspacing, 2" billet spacers at all 4 corners, 275/40/17 tires, and the pics pretty much tell the story. My '92 Z28 Convertible is all stock, drum rear, just put on some KYB GR2 strusts and Gas-a-just shocks in the rear. Has anyone else run in to this problem? My stock wheels looked and fit fine. The biggest concern I have is the front, the tires is a full 1/2" past the fender lip. I have seen other 91's and 92's and these wheels look great. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Can you post a side shot of your car. I'm about to purchase 17x9.5 chrome ZR1 rims. I have a 4th gen rear and putting 295s on the back. 275s on the front. I thought a 1.8 in adapter was needed for the front.

I do not have a side picture but there are several members on the boards running the LS1 rear and these same wheels. Do a search for ZR1 wheels and they will come up, especially under the Appearance thread.
