Re: twin turbo tire

The widest tire for a stock is BF Goodrich's 295/50-16, but I don't think it will clear with you car being lowered.

I would use the same tire as the 3 and 4 turbo guys use.

HPE, thats pretty funny!

Mr. Twin Turbo, in all honesty, I would upgrade to the 4th gen wheels (17x9.5) and mount up P275/40R17s. Put the stickest tire on the rear, and a tire on the front that is good in the wet & dry. You will need adapters for these wheels. I have just this week make this swap.

Re: twin turbo tire

It alrgely depends on the intended usage of the car. - 1st off, the factory 8" wide wheels are't going to do anything for you, unless you put slicks on it(as reccomended by xpndbl3) - The widest tire you can fit on the wheel is a 255/50/16 which in a semi decent tire will out hook a BFG 295 T/A anyway. - If you have anything for power(I would hope) you need to look into swaping wheels. -

No matter how you go about it, I hope you have several suspension mods.
