In an e-mail over the summer, Steve Spohn said that he was developing STB's for carb for the fall. So far....

Re: Strut tower brace on carb
I got a 3 pt STB from a carb'd car, made for a TBI car, and put it on my wife's TBI. If fit fine on both cars.

Re: Strut tower brace on carb
Unfortunately, not yet. Ive been meaning to email some places about making one, It really is needed for us carb guys with the A/C there. Maybe if A couple of us email them something will get made?
Re: Strut tower brace on carb
If someone were to go to the trouble of giving me exact measurements on this STB with carb and AC I could probably get a few made ( probably not many as its not my area of expertise). I work for a manufacturing company that has an extensive metals department. Also would need to know what size tubing would work best and of what metal type. Also don't make it too elaborate, keep it simple if possible.

Why don't you guys email Mark at Racecraft, they seem to want to work with us and may just manufacture the piece if their is enough demand

Re: Strut tower brace on carb
I tired of waiting, so as part of the upgrade process, I swapped in a GM serpentine conversion kit, which, of course, allows for the Edelbrock brace.
