where to buy sheetmetal and square tubing?
where to buy sheetmetal and square tubing?
i give up. i'm going to do my floor my way no aftermarket pieces. so i'm going to use the bad subframe connectors down the rockers and make my own setup. i just can't find anywhere that sells the material i need. like square/round tubing and sheetmetal 20 gauge and lower. maybe i tried the wrong places like home depot, ace hardware, true value. anybody know where i can just walk in and find various metal material without store hopping
i'm in cleveland ohio

http://www.rustrepair.com/repair_pan...&p=sm-chev.car good source for replacement metal for all the common rust areas on our cars. The floor pans aren't cheap but worth it and try top down solutions if you want the SFCs that run subframe to subframe more towards the inner part of the car or Spohn or PA racing for the parameter style SFCs

Metal supermarkets is a GREAT place, I love them.
There should be other metal suppliers in town that deal with individuals rather than companies (ie small orders).
You're in CLEVELAND and you're having trouble finding materials?!? That's wacky. Isn't mcmastercarr based out of there? Walk into their store and buy everything you need.

Hardware stores are for guys who are restoring their houses and need the "dime a dozen" super common stuff.
