Re: Tire size for 92 formula

Am I missing something here...I'm pretty sure all formulas got 16x8 wheels, with a factory tire size of 245/50/16.

Re: Tire size for 92 formula

Nope. There is a crosslace wheel that is only 15x7, so a 245 would be a bit big. Try a 225-235.

Correct. If it has the 15x7 crosslaces, it's the wrong wheel or it's not a Formy. Check for RPO codes W66 and WS6.

Re: Tire size for 92 formula

guys.....tsk, tsk

No Formulas ever had 15" rims. All Formulas are WS6--with 16X8 wheels (3 styles of wheels for Formulas throughout 87-92)

watajob--chuck those 15" rims and get the proper 16" rims your car was built with and your suspension desperately needs.

Re: Tire size for 92 formula

I was referring to A stock 15 x 7, not that IT was stock on Formulas.

True...Formulas, FROM THE FACTORY, got 16x8. I only meant to refer to an OEM 15x7, not necessarily stock FOR A FORMULA.
