***Wheel spacers - brand? price?***
So I am considering running a set of 4th gen 9.5" rims on my IROC-Z and I underdstand that I will need 2" wheel spacers on all four corners. I came across the Skulte brand but they are $150 a pair, $300 total! For those of you running used wheels are you really spending as much on spacers as wheels? Are there other significanly lower priced spacers of sufficient quality?

I got these on mine and they're fine and built good - 6061 billet aluminum...same as the Skultz units.

Just in case anyone else searches on this topic later, I bought a pair of the 2" adapters on ebay and they came with "Made in China" stickers.
I'm not sure how the rest of you feel, but I have little trust in anything made in China. Hammer, OK. Pry Bar, Why not? Heat treated 6061 and supposedly Grade 10.9 studs, I don't think so.
My car is worth way more to me then the extra $130 it costs for an American-made product, designed by an engineer (Andris @ Skulte), and that has actually had track testing done on it.
If you had a Chinese adapter and one from Skulte in each hand, you can physically see the difference in quality. I run Skulte spacers on the race car because that's what I trust at 140MPH.
