Gas or regular

I have a choice between regular Monro front struts or gas KYB front struts. I need front struts for my '91 Camaro RS with an SBC what should I get?

KYBs are better than Monroe. Not great, but better.

Re: Gas or regular

I have the KYB gr2's up front and gas-a-just rear and I love them. They are allot better than the stock stuff and the car has what I consider a sporty ride where it isn't to harsh but its hard enough so when you hammer it through the corners it sticks really well. Just my though

If you want that soft and floating ride get the Monroes.

Re: Gas or regular

The Monroes are better than the worn out stockers to be sure. But, they'll be about the same pretty quick lol. With the prokit, mine were shot in about 8 months.
