Car making funny noise after I changed the shocks

Hello I just changed my shocks today because my old ones were shot. Now everytime I go over a speed bump or anything that'll make my car go up and down, I hear a grunting noise. I guess that's what you'd call it. Anyways it made this noise before I changed my shocks too but now the noise is more frequent. Does anyone know what it is?

How are your bushings? Mine makes a grunting noise too but I think its my coils because my shocks are worn to the point where they don't really do a whole lot...Christmas needs to get here.

The noise is coming from my front. And I asked one of the guys who worked at shucks and he said most likely it is my bushings. Could it be anything else?

If it made them whenever you made a sharp turn I would say probably your ball joints but if it is every time you hit a speed bump I doubt it has anything to do with them. I would definitely check the bushings, if they are the original rubber ones, check out the polyurethane bushings kit Summit Racing has.

No its only when I hit speed bumps so yeah the only thing it seems like it could be is my bushings. Thanks guys

Sounds like the front struts are not tight. Car should not be making any new noises with new struts and shocks. Does it make noise when you back up? I f so check the struts. Worn out rubber does not make noise.

No it only makes noises when my car makes a big up and down movement. No noise when I back up. Could it really be my struts? Well the rubber makes noise because it has no more grease in it aparently. IDK that's just what I've been told. Could it be my struts you think?
