Daily Driver needs Chassis advice
Front end is worn out, looking at rebuilding/replacing most everything that wears. Namely tie rods, ball joints, bearing, seals, struts, mounting plates, engine/tranny mounts, bushing, sway bar links and brakes. I'd also like a good line on some rear shocks.
Gurus, I need part numbers and store names. Budget is >$1000.

I'd like to go with lifetime warrantied parts but if the performance out weighs the warranty so be it.
Also, I've heard energy suspension carries a complete bushing kit for our fbodies, anyone have any input on this? It sounds like a cheap easy way to get around the tedious parts hunting.

$1000 will almost redo it performance if desired (assuming YOU install it). I spent about $1300 on mine front and rear, using Eibach Pro-kit springs, Bilstein shocks/struts, Prothane bushings, and hard goods from NAPA. The better NAPA parts are the more expensive ones - but they are well worth the extra.

Re: Daily Driver needs Chassis advice
Went to NAPA and bought all four tierod ends for mine. All in identical NAPA branded boxes, three different brands of parts inside. Two from Taiwan, one from Mexico, one maybe from USA, not marked either way. I've heard that Rock Auto has Moog parts at reasonable prices, better than any parts stores imported junk I'd think.
