Car: 90 Formula, 02 ws6

Engine: 305 tpi, ls1

Transmission: 700r4, t-56

Axle/Gears: stock posi 2.73, 12 bolt with 4.11s

wath is the best spring/strut

i want to know i heard koniyellow in front and red on back but what is the best springs to go with
i also want to lower it 1"-2"

I don't quite know why you'd want to mix valving characteristics between the red and yellow KONIs on the front/rear. Stick with matching front/rear of one color based on the spring (rates) that you choose.
