If your car is going to be a daily driver, a weekend car, a street car, and/or an occassional strip car go with the Track 13" front dual piston calipers, and the Touring 12" rear system. This system is perfect for that type of application. Any other system they offer beyond this is meant for serious racing, like autoX etc. I looked into everything first before I purchased my system. I researched for months and months....this is thee system. The front's are on now and I'm just waiting on my new rear end to install the rears. I can't wait to feel the complete difference. All you have to do is choose your options: slotting, crossdrilling, zinc washing.

Keep in mind you'll need 17" rims to clear the front brakes with the 13" rotor, but you'll only need 16" rims for the front Sport kit that comes with 12" rotors and the same exact calipers and such. I think even some 15" wheels will clear the Sport kit and supposedly the IROC wheels will clear the 13" track kit, but you want to verify that first before ordering.
Other than that, I agree with the recommdations above. Slotting and cross-drilling the rotors is a waste of money unless you're only doing it for looks...

I used the 12" Sport system on the front and added the rotors and pards to the back. While ordering parts I also got braided lines for the rear. I used the factory 16" wheels and they fit fine. The difference was amazing. I'm not sure the 13" Track system would've fit my wheels. I know they would be very close. I heard of some guys filing down some of the fins on the calipers, but chose to go conservative and stay with the 12's. You won't be disappointed either way. From what I was told, the 12" and 13" system use the same pads and should have very similar performance. The difference is the extra 1" or daimeter and the extra force that is gained by having more torque applied to the rotor. The salesman I talked to said the difference was small. Go for the cross drill, slot, zinc. The look is awesome behind any wheel, and the zinc prevents any rust. Baer will send you a template and instructions to test fit your wheels to the system you have in mind. It helps eliminate questions about fit. Good luck, Rob.

Guys, the 13" Track will fit some 16" rims. It fit my 92 Z rims, but wouldn't fit the 16" cross lace. Call Dutch at Baer and request the template you can use for checking the fit of the caliper/rotor combo in your rim.

Kevin....good to see another post. How's the 383 doing...have any time recently to dial it in? I got my Koni's, Moser axles, Spohn Torque arm, SLP 3:73's, and AAM diff cover....unfortunately UPS tore the box open lost the HD Torsen diff, taped it back up, and delivered it to me, so I'm just waiting for my new one. Can't wait to be done.
