Unequal wheel to outter tie rod clearance on each side?
On my drivers side i cant fit my pinkie finger between the wheel and tie rod. on the passenger side i can almost fit my thumb between the wheel and tie rod. not sure why or if its spouse to be that way but it is on mine, i checked the rims both are fronts no spacers etc, same outer tire rods on each side, check torque specs on the linkage everything's nice and tight turns fine, but the tie rod to wheel gaps are different

the steering arm on the spindle decides where the tie rod sits, if its bent it could be off, maybe the hub/rotors are different, maybe the wheels are slightly different offset, bent, ect ect ect.
