if you have to unbolt your LCAs when installing SFCs, the would this....

then would this be a good time to put like some lakewood LCAs in? i mean if the shop is gonna be unbolting them anyways, then i might as well just have them put some in. good idea or not, will it help alot with the new spohn connectors? thanks
