Axle/Gears: 3.70 9-bolt
Please confirm one way or the other

I got the eibach springs, and two are short and thick, the other two are long and thin,

NOW which ones go in the front which ones in the rear, I've been told both ways now.

The larger diameter shorter springs go in the front. They should have a thicker wire diameter. The tall springs go in the back.
