Do you have rear drums?
my friends dad had a bad drum in the front of his dodge dart and it would tear the wheel right out of his hand...
new drum....no problem.

if you do have rear drums try swapping drums from side to side and see if the problem swaps sides.

It's not coming from the rear at all. When it pulls it feels like it is diving into a corner. Also I have been having this strange fluid leaking out(just a little) on to my wheel, does anyone know what that is from?

You're right the rear is not making the car steer to the right. The brakes on your car aren't designed very well and are very particular about how they are mounted, and the mounting hardware. My car did and still does do the same thing, only not as bad. The allen bolts that hold the caliper to the spindle have a tendency to flex causing the caliper to bind, or not contact properly. Replace the Allen bolts with new ones, and make sure the rubber o rings in the caliper where the bushings for the bolts are aren't binding on the bushings. The bushings should go in real easy without any pushing at all. If you had to install the bushings with a hammer, then the caliper can't float the way it's supposed to. Some lithium grease around the bushing really helps. If I can ever fix this problem completely I'll probably write a paper about it, because it is very frustrating.

That leaking fluid will make it grab. Find and fix the leak.
