Mine had a hitch and also had stock style dual exhaust...
if you are close to eastern Iowa i'll give you a really good deal on one, i even have the wiring harness. Not something that i'd want to ship though, it's pretty heavy.

Re: No trailer hitch install with dual exhaust?
Typical trailer hitches for these cars bolt to the inside of the "frame" rails right in front of the bumper.
Look at that spot; you will notice that your exhaust goes right there, and there's a hanger at that place, as well. Assuming your car is well maintained and doesn't have some hilljack "improvements" back there.
You will need to relocate the exh tip on that side a little bit. It has to move out an inch or 2. Not too noticeable, unless you look REAL close and know what you're looking for, that the exit point of the tips isn't quite exactly the same.

Seriously, though. If you're going to put a hitch on, it may rub against the lower part of the bumper. Don't do like my PO did and CUT notches into the bumper. And don't half-bake the wiring so bad it can just be pulled out...

Do a search for my Ultimate Trailer Hitch thread, I still have this massively-overkill monster. Nobody here wanted to buy it. But it'll clear ANY exhaust system. Buy mine or build your own copy.
