People with PA Racing coil overs.... need help

I just fit up my PA Racing coil overs. I need somebody to describe how their coil over rests on the strut. As of right now mine rests by a point load where the thin-walled threaded tubing jams down into a lip on the strut. That just won't fly. There's almost a 360-degree ledge formed by that lip on the strut and it boggles my mind why they didn't rest the weight ON the lip instead of jamming the slip fit tube down between the lip and the strut case.

Not all struts are made the same!
Some struts are too wide to fit the threader!
Do check other comany´s like Koni or Bilstein!

The Pa and the Art Mo we are using are both not 100% perfect!
For example that loose spring!
How lite is yours??

The collar fits nice and snug on my shock, but I have actual Bilstiens so that's probably why they do fit well. What I have an issue with is how the loads are distributed. I can fix this problem and make a far superior coil over by fabricating two easy to make parts. But I'm just ticked they would let such a crappy product out their doors.

If you go and redesign the front suspension maybe you can use BMW pieces up there so we can find a set of decent rims

Jason told me to tell him what struts i was going to run when i order mine so he knows what to supply to me

different struts have different diameters and he will supply the parts to match

if you think it can be designed better...give Jason or Vernon a call. They are genuinely the nicest guys i know when it comes to their products

They are the ones providing a service, not me. I'm not going to give them ideas so they can make more money. If anything I would skip them and go straight to Adco. They've got much deeper pockets to draw from.

Seems to me your spring is loose because you've got the car jacked up off the ground and you don't have a suspension limiter.

Turns out PA Racing sent me the wrong stuff. I was right... it was a crappy design for what I've got
