Ok I've got a 93 Trans Am that has been flipped and I was wondering if the sway bars from the 93 would fit my 86 and if the sway bars would even be any bigger. Thanks

only way to know if they are larger is to measure them. the front bar wont work, the rear will.

Re: sway bars
You're gonna have to do some math to see what size bars you have for the rear.

A difference of 1 or 2 mm is not going to give you significant handling improvements.

it dosn't take a huge increase in bar size to double the rate of it. Here is a calculator.

Just going from a 19 to a 22 MM bar doubles it rate and a 24MM bar will nearly triple it.

do we know how accurate that calc is? i have specs on my rear bar from the manufacturer, and they are similar at an arm length of 13, 12 and 11", but after that, longer and shorter, they are vastly different. im sure there are other variables involved in the rate than just the arm length, like how much the bar actually twists and such.

I'm sure it can.

I just noticed the note on the bottom of the box is wrong. So if you go from a 21 to a 19 MM bar you will cut the rate in half so what happens if you go back up to a 21MM bar? Common since should tell you to double it. also if 200% doubles the rate what does 100% or even 22% do? I think 100% would double the rate and 200% would triple it The chart might be correct but the note on the bottom certainly isen't. Not a mathimatition but I have a feeling the values in Green are all wrong. Things just don't add up right.
