spindle removal question
well I have to pull my spindle to modify it for the ls1 brakes and I was curious If I could pull the spindle out without the removing the spring.
The car has no motor or transmission no hood so there's not alot of weight on the front end. This is why I'm worried.

Re: spindle removal question
Yes you can pull it without disturbing the spring.
No motor/trans/hood has nothing to do with it, as long as there's enough weight to unload the strut from fully extending itself by jacking up on the bottom of the control arm.
