Anyone have a pic of the OEM Bilsteins on an '85 IROC?
What color are they supposed to be and anyone have a pic? I'm pretty sure the ones on my '89 are black with a blue label. The ones on my new '85 appear yellow.

You can have them rebuilt by Bilstein to OEM specs for $65 a pop. When I get a chance to get a closer look at my '85, if they are original, that's what I'm going to do. 40.5K miles and they seem shot.

I have an 85 IROC-Z with what I believe to have original shocks/struts. The car has 103k and it rides like nothing has been changed.
I am putting the car away for the winter tomorrow, so Ill be going thru it pretty good and cleaning it and such. I can take a pic of them if youd like. From what I can tell by kneeling down and looking I can see the yellow tube. I will crawl under and find out for sure if they are the original Delco/Bilsteins and snap a pic.
Hope this helps.

I have an 85 IROC. Bilstein rears are yellow, and mine still has the Decal.

I guess this is better late than never. I changed my original Delco Bilstein shocks out of my IROC today for some new Bilsteins.
Here is the picture of the original shocks for my 85 IROC-Z. Other years may vary.
I had to laugh, it said these were made in "Western" Germany. These shocks show their age lol.
