increase if anything since its stiffer and will transmit more noise than a soft rubber on will

Probably depend a lot on what you do with the car whether you notice any difference. If you're just cruising around probably nothing but then you wouldn't need a poly bushing. If you're doing something exciting it'll transmit more vibration but you may not notice in all the excitement.

If your rubber one is shot, it may decrease vibrations. If you're upgrading just because it's the right thing to do for performance and "feel", then it may increase vibration slightly.
