either one is fine, they are usually just for noise reduction.

I say just leave them out unless your in a snowy/icy climate. I have taken them out on every 3rd gen I've had, when I lowered it.

Re: Poly or rubber isolators for springs
No clunking unless they have gotten so short they they are now loose, but then the shocks would have to be completely bottomed out ?& ruined for the springs to rattle. Otherwise they will be too tall & compressed between the mounts & you'll be fine. The only rattle I have is from a bad rod-end in my rear suspension because I replaced all my rubber stuff with rod ends back there.

And might as well go with polyurethane ones since they will last longer & not compress as much (compression = lowering).

LCA relocation brackets are far from being a must for lowered cars. I hve only had 1 3rd gen that I put those on & all have been lowered. Unless your really into drag race style launches? You don't need them.
And look at the angle of your LCAs before you get them in any case. Unless the body mount is really that much lower than the axle mount? You'll have no need for them. Run your car without them first & see how it goes. Since your not really wanting to go LOW? I don't think you'll ever need them.
