Taking the suspension up a "notch"
Next weekend is the big days. I will be completely rebuilding the suspension.
I have purchased:
KYB Excel-G Shocks and Struts
MOOG front springs
MOOG CC rear springs
MOOG Ball Joints
KYB strut mounts
New front spring isolators
complete Proforged Steering rebuild kit
I am excited. Got any predictions as to the outcome? Anything in particular to look out for during the build?
will post pics as I can.

Good luck on the overhaul. If your suspension is the original there will be a significant change in Handling. Looks like your in Arizona so everything should come apart easily. You have no idea how much of a pita a car from the salt belt can be to take apart lol.

That is one thing I am grateful for on this car. It was built in Van Nuys, spent its entire life in LA before coming out to Arizona. Never been in a salty environment.

Re: Taking the suspension up a "notch"
Just an update. Suspension is all in. Took me and my father 3 days to do it. I would like to give a quick shout out to the inventor of air tools. What a royal PITA it was. But, the car sits a little higher than it used to, and rides SO much better. Sorry I didnt get any pics but I was just to greasy, and tired to even think about it.

An air hammer to get them out. A ball joint press, a long jack handle, and brute force to install them.
Re: Taking the suspension up a "notch"
Yea it was a pain replacing them for me too. And I'm thinking about going with extended ball joints now!
I've put over 4000 miles on my moog bj's and their still holding up great BTW.
