Front, rear, or all four corners? And what are your spring rates and free lengths? Tire sizes? Pics? Hard to tell without more info. You could have tiny hands and stretched tires on 13x8's for all we know lol
Re: question about the gc weight jacks I just installed
He asked about the struts so he's talking about the front.
Do you have the springs indexed correctly? Is the weight jackers up on top of the springs or did you install them upside down on the bottom side possibly?

You probably need shorter front springs. Your rears will be too tall too. I have some 225# rears that I got in case I went to stiffer front springs down the road, and they sit pretty high adjusted all the way down. You could either remove the isolator or the adjuster for the rear to sit lower, and between the two thats nearly an extra inch. But there's not much you can do about the fronts without going to an 8" spring.
OR....
Just an idea....
You can get some extended ball joints for the front.
That will net you an extra .5 or .75 inches depending on how long you get them. If .75" isn't enough to get it where you want... maybe not a viable option.

But did you guys check the uncompressed height of your springs? I'd bet you guys have 8 inch springs.

Front springs come in 9.5" and 8". You should also check springs to make sure they are indexed properly in the a-arms and check the adjusters up in the K-memeber to be sure they are seated properly.

9.5 iirc
900front 200 rear
Also remember you have to tighten sway bar with weight on car it will create a bind and not settle all the way
Index front spring and make sure weight jack is sitting in pocket correctly also that can add a inch or so or less that alone if not checking for both
Rear isolated can knock around .5 in lower
Also bump stops can prevent lower stance also
