Need new brake suggestions
87 GTA with J55 brakes (4-wheel disc). Thinking 1LE upgrade or going with Baer's kit... anyone compared the two in detail? I have Bell dropped spindles now and I still have my original spindles. I'm already thinking of going back to stock spindles, due to all the headaches with dropped spindles.
I currently have no parking brake and can't lock them up no matter how hard I stomp on the brakes.

Thanks Andy,
I guess I'm looking more for what the difference is between 1LE and BAER or are they the same with the exception that BAER did all the work for you and packaged it all together along with the modified front spindles? Is BAER's offering the same as what Year One offers??
Thanks

pretty much all the different companies put together as package as complete as you want it.
Baer wants a core charge for your old spindles. Stainless doesn't.
With the adapter plate, that Spohn is gettin, and now the anchor bracket out of stock with GM, it's gettin much harder to find a used setup, unless its from a wreck.
