Has anyone put new motor mounts in?

I just want to know how hard or risky it is with my 2.8 V6 in the vehicle with jacking it up on a piece of wood with the oil pan. I've read about it but I'm what I consider an amatuer and man, that's a lot and sounds risky. If anyone thinks I DON'T need new mounts here is what my car is feeling:

Here's my other post. Please read. Thanks.

Thanks

Sorry, I don't why there's two. Moderators, you can erase on. Which you'll probably do anyways. Sorry.

It's a pain, but not that dangerous. If you're really worried, you can also put a piece of wood across the shock towers and tie the engine to that with a chain or rope or something. Unless you're making 300+ HP or this little 6 has a ton of miles on it I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, if the engine does fall, the crossmember is going to catch it.
