Help with a sound...

I have a 1985 Transam. For a while now, i notice what i can onky describe as a "swoosh swoosh swoosh" sound from the front of the vehicle. The swoosh sound speeds up as i accelerate and slows as i slow. Almost like a baseball card on a bicycle wheels in how it behaves. Applying brakes doesnt stop or start thr noise. It is definately based on wheel rotation.

i changed the front pads....seemed to reduce the noise for a while.but didnt resolve it. Any suggestions on what to look at?

Re: Help with a sound...

thinking tires. Try running the tire at low pressure then at high and see if the noise changes
