FLCA regrets?

Anyone using tubular FLCA's regret going to them? I currently have poly pressed into the stock arms and I HATE the ride and noise. I'm considering BMR arms but don't know if tubular will be good for a street car with some track time. I don't mind a firm ride and feel like a greasable bushing will be far better than what I have now.

Re: FLCA regrets?

Don't know about poly, but I love my Global West Del-a-lum bushings. Zero deflection and I don't hear any noise. Completely greasable as well.

Re: FLCA regrets?

After 25+ years of experience and training in the Auto repair industry and 25 more years as a hobbyist, , I know of NO Car manufacturer that uses Poly-anything, Del-A-Lum, etc., for CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS. Too much noise, vibration, harshness (NVH). Anti-Sway bar End link Bushings, sure, on performance models.

Re: FLCA regrets?

Yup, Not a fan of poly at all. Global West Del-a-lum bushings in my front control arms as well.
Really hate poly in the rear control arms, so much noise and binding, worst bushing to put in that place. I went to rod end parts which are even louder but 0 squeaking and binding.
