Clunking infront
I’ve noticed when driving up or down inclines or backing out of my driveway slowly with the wheel turned I get a very loud clunk/banging from the front and have no clue what it could be, changed tie rods and no change, ball joints were done about 5k miles ago but that was also about 20 odd years ago, idler arm on driver side was replaced, any suggestions?

I always get a chuckle when someone on the forum tries to describe a noise from their car because it reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where George hides a recorder in his briefcase.
I'd say you are going to have to get the car up off the ground and have a look under there. spins some tires, shake the tires back and forth, use a lever to see if steering and control arms, sway bars are solid and bushings are good, look for loose plastic, and generally just see if everything is where it should be.

Yup, sway bars in general can make some really loud awful noises, give em a THOROUGH lookover.
Bushings are more likely to cause a "clunk" than end links, though; end links sound like change in your pocket (sorry, showing my age, I remember when there was such a thing as "change") whereas bushings sound like a loud thunking kind of racket.
