Strut mount deletes?

This is a super long shot but do anyone know of, or any vendors reading this offer, delete plates for the strut tower openings? I can make my own but I'm trying to save time.

For the record, Spohn is setting me up with these. Solid people over there.

Re: Strut mount deletes?

Are you talking about plates that cover the holes cause you aren’t using caster/camber plates?? Can’t help with an answer but would like to see what you come up with. What front suspension are you running if you don’t have caster/camber plates?0

I'm building a new front end with upper and lower control arms. I need the strut plates to obviously fill the holes but also as a hard point to mount the coilover and STB.
I'll post some pictures once I get more of it together.

4th gen. style? I’m not sure how well the towers in these cars would hold up long term without extensive modification. In all honesty I don’t have any experience with coil-overs with the stock strut towers.

My lower is kinda similar to a 4th gens layout, the upper won't be as high, it's mounting basically inside the "frame" right above the k member pocket. The spindle I'm using is a fabricated version of a c7 spindle and hub.

The coilover will mount to the underside of the factory strut tower, the plates offered by Spohn with their coilover kit provide some extra beef and I'll probably end up adding some additional support inside the wheel well, just to be safe.

I'm assuming your looking for a weld in option here, If so what about designing your own plate and send it to SendCutSend.com to have them laser cut?

that's a good link, thanks. Im actually trying to keep the modifications in such a way that you could go back to "stock" without having to cut anything back out.
