Ballpark estimate for SFC installation?

Hey guys, i'm gonna go price having sub frame connectors installed this week hopefully, can anyone tell me a roundabout ballpark figure for the cost of installation? Just like to know if I'm getting ripped or not, thanks.

When i got mine installed i paid $160 that is probably on the higher end, but they did a great job, and did it right, they even took car of the carpet for that price, so i din't have to yank up the interior just make sure they use a full car lift, and weld them in with the suspension loaded.

2 to 3 hours times the labor rate, it isn't a big job.

Yeah, the labour rate is the variable. Around here the speed shops want like $70 hr

Try a true welding shop. They usually aren't as expensive and still will do the job right. Just make sure they have the suspension loaded when they weld them in. That requires a drive on lift.

Do you have to pull the carpet for weld-in-only sfc's?

you have to at least pull the carpet past the point where they are going to be welded, for fear that the carpet might catch on fire. Good excuse to replace the old carpet.

I was going to replace my carpet anyway, so this is a good excuse to do it now.
