headers, hi flow cat, 3" cat back, open element, tune up with MSD Blaster coil, cap, rotor, 8+mm spark plug wires, 3.42 or 3.73 gears, and suspension mods. This is a good start, after this is done, then you can start talking about cams and intakes. I have a 90 RS right now and am in the process of doing an entire suspension upgrade.

Hehe, agrees with post above me.

But hey, I made a website on how to make your 305 TBI faster. Its pretty informative, has part numbers, pictures and do's and don'ts for installs and such. Check it out if u have a chance. Its the second website in my signature.

Get headers and cat back! Trust me! The difference its made in my car is VERY noticable, both in sound and power at all RPMs.

Besides, you've gotta open up the exhaust before you do much else anyway otherwise you're just pulling in air faster than you can get it back out.
