Car has no power at all.

Cleaned the tbi last weekend with carb and throttle body cleaner. Could the cleaner have eaten out the gaskets for the tbi? I have not tried spraying any starting fluid around the tbi to see if the idle picks up. Also, I changed the spark plugs right before cleaning the tbi. Car does not miss, just does not have any power. Almost have to push the pedal all the way to the floor to get the car to downshift then boggs down a bit then takes off. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

David

When is the last time you changed your fuel filter? Mine did the same thing and it felt like all the sudden no power. Try that, its easy. Right in front of the drivers side rear wheel. And only takes about a minute.

Good luck

Changed fuel filter last night. Still no different. Going to recheck vacuum lines again tonight. Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere?
