What Cam is the best for me
Hey guys, i have a 89 RS with a 305 TBI, its all stock, i wanna put a cam in since hopefully i'll get about 40 or so horse out of it, i dont want to spend a lot of money, maybe just give me cheap not too cheap cams which will give me the horse i want, thanks guys, cya

Definitely, headers, cat delete, and full 2 1/2" exhaust picked me up about 23 ponies on the Dyno. LT1 cam with ultimate TBI mods-> another 31.5 ponies. When I added a custom chip, I was making 263 horses with just those mods on a "STOCK" 170horse motor.
LT1 Cam -> $50
Headers & y-pipe->$300 (AIR system deleted have 02 sensor thou)
cat deleted back 2 1/2" exhaust with flowmaster 80 series -> $210(sounded d@mn good too)
130% power increase for only $600 without major engine work ->
