what can i do to get power out of the lo5 heads

Car: 91 Camaro RS Convertible
Engine: 385ci LT1 cnc ported heads big cam
Transmission: 4L60E automatic
Axle/Gears: 3.42 Zexel posi 7.5" rear
Chunk them and put better heads on. That is about it. They are a poor design and porting isn't going to cure bad design. You would be much better off with a set of Vortecs or for easy performance the World Class SR Torquers have some good flow numbers for the $$ and you can run a bigger (lift) cam than you can with stock Vortecs.
